PEMDAS METHOD:

since there is only two operation left and it is connected. Ex. Multiplication and Divition, Addition and subtraction. You will just do a straight line of solving:

4 + 6 - 7 + 9

4 + 6 = 10 - 7 + 9

10 - 7 = 3 + 9

3 + 9 = 12
